If you're having a bad day, you have to make the best of it,' says Edwards. He should know since he has dropped to 10th in the standings. Considering the Dickey's 500 is only a few weeks away, you would think all he has to do is stay within range of the point's leader. After all, he won the fall race in 2005 and again in 2008. "The struggles we're having this year shows how competitive it is," he says. Edwards won nine times last year, but remains winless this year. Still he hasn't given up hope. "Texas has been great for me," he says. And if he can stay close, a win in Texas is certainly not out of the question. |
