As the Razorbacks were playing great football in the beautiful new Cowboys Stadium, fans for both teams were getting hosed at the concession stands. They conveniently "had no change" so if your purchase was $8.50, you had to pay $9 if you didn't have the exact change. Not sure how many fans attended the game, but goodness, getting an extra $.50 from every fan for concessions can add up quite a bit of money. Why did their screw-up have to be shouldered by the fans...not management? The greed is just outstanding...
1 Pepsi, one burger, one BBQ sandwich, 2 bags of chips, one tub of popcorn, 2 beers. Cost: $55.00. 'nuff said.
One margarita & one tray of nachos: $22.50! But I LOVED the razorback pictures all around the ad tickers at the end of the game.
Haha - don't forget the $14.00 "Cowboy"rita's that they served... and when they ran out of the large glasses (which were "souvenirs") they gave you a smaller glass, and still charged the full $14! Gotta love Jerry-World!
Joe Kines and his staff at A&M are the problem. He is still around because he is a buddy of Sherman's. Replace him and A&M will start moving up.
