Wade didn't know Barber was hurt?

Cowboys Coach Wade Phillips said immediately after their loss on Sunday to the Broncos that he wasn't sure why Marion Barber was not getting carries in the second half. Barber, who was coming off a quad injury, had looked almost normal in the first half, with 10 carries for 39 yards and a touchdown. Today, the media found out why "Marion the Barbarian" was not out there.

That is exactly what the Cowboys are at this time. They are not one of the worst teams in the league but they certainly aren't one of the best. Why? One of the reasons is the obvious lack of production provided by the passing game. Dismiss the Tampa game because much of the yardage came because of terrible secondary mistakes by Tampa which allowed Dallas to make



Cowboys cut Chauncey Washington

The Dallas Cowboys released running back Chauncey Washington today. He was signed to the club's active roster on October 3, 2009 from their practice squad. He played in one game (at Denver, 10/4) and recorded a special teams tackle.

Roy Williams is questionable this week

According to ESPNDallas.com's Calvin Watkins, Roy Williams' has three bruised ribs and his status is questionable this week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
