Loui Eriksson gets six years, $25.5 milllion

Dallas Stars General Manager Joe Nieuwendyk announced today that the hockey club has signed left wing Loui Eriksson to a six-year contract extension worth $25.5 million. Eriksson, who's current contract was set to expire at the end of this season, is now signed through the 2015-16 season.

Athens High School graduate dies
From Staff Reports

Kevin Till, the 2008 Athens High School grad who fought a courageous battle against cancer, died Thursday morning. He was 18.
