Cowboys Head Coach Wade Phillips says Quarterback Tony Romo did everything he was supposed to. "He made all the OTA's, did all the throwing. He's done everything we asked, so we've got to help him," Phillips said. Phillips was asked about Romo's passion for playing in a lot of golf tournaments during the off season and whether that might affect his focus this fall. "To be honest, I never noticed him not being focused," Phillips said. "In the last two years he's gotten better, he knows there are some things the needs to do better. Guys play video games off the field. They have a life. I don't think playing golf takes away from his focus on football." 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

Why can't people understand the use of "effect" and "affect"? Simple grammar, folks.
Leave Tony alone - his performance will dictate his level of focus. Besides, golf is good for focus.
