A new change in the way Wade Phillips does business: special teams first. As they mentioned in the opening presser yesterday, the Cowboys will start each practice with special teams work. Owner Jerry Jones says that's how his Arkansas teams did things back in his college playing days.

Given the way the Cowboys special team-ers played the past few years, the "Cowboy Nation" can only hope the time is well spent.
