If you have the inclination and a few hours, this might be worth a read. It's the arbitration hearing between Don Nelson and the Dallas Mavericks (and owner Mark Cuban). It's 210 pages, about half of which includes testimony of Nellie and Cuban. The Dallas Morning News inquired about the documents earlier this week.

It's 12:30 am Dallas time, and the LA Angles just got done scoring two runs in the 9th to tie their game with Minnesota. It's 5-5 going into the 10th. This is a hot team.

The Angels have won 19 of their last 25 games, and while the Rangers have won four straight games, they have lost ground over the last week. Tonight's game isn't over yet, but another Angel win would push the Rangers farther back in the standings.
