We always hear how great game 7's are. And they can be great, although tonight's in the Stanley Cup Finals probably won't be. Detroit is 11-1 at home in this playoff season, and in the history of the NHL, the home team has won 12 of 14 game 7's. I'll be pulling for Pittsburgh because rooting for Detroit in hockey is like rooting for the Yankees or Darth Vader and the Evil Empire. So the Pens will have me on their side, and hopefully that will be enough to overcome history. Now, with that said, will you be watching tonight? Does the fact that it's a game 7 make you want to watch it at all? |
