Matt Harrison is back with the Rangers and gets the start tonight, while Warner Madrigal (with his 10.13 ERA) is going back to triple-A.

Here's more from the Texas Rangers:

Arlington, Texas - The Texas Rangers announced prior to tonight's game that the club has reinstated left-handed pitcher Matt Harrison from the 15-day disabled list. To make room on the 25-man roster for Harrison, the club has optioned right-handed pitcher Warner Madrigal to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Harrison (#54) is scheduled to start tonight's game against Houston.

Harrison, 23, has gone 4-4 with a 5.43 ERA (33 ER/54.2 IP) in 9 games/starts for Texas this season. He was placed on the 15-day disabled list on May 29 (retroactive to May 26) with left shoulder inflammation. Harrison made 2 starts on rehabilitation assignment with Double-A Frisco, posting no record with a 2.57 ERA. He last pitched on Thursday at San Antonio, taking a no decision (4.0 IP, 3 H, 1 R-ER, 3 BB, 1 SO, 74 pitches/44 strikes). His last outing with Texas was on May 25 vs. New York-AL, taking the loss while allowing 7 runs in 5.0 innings.

Harrison tossed back-to-back complete games on May 8 at Chicago-AL and May 14 vs. Seattle, the first Texas left-hander to win consecutive complete games since Kenny Rogers in 1994. He was the club's 5th starter in the season-opening rotation.

Madrigal, 25, was recalled on Sunday for his third stint with Texas this season, but did not appear in any games. A member of the Opening Day bullpen, Madrigal has no record with a 10.13 ERA (9 ER/8.0 IP) over 8 relief appearances for Texas this season. His other stints came Opening Day-April 14 and May 16-June 2. He has had 2 stints with Oklahoma City, going 1-0 with 4 saves and a 2.53 ERA (6 ER/21.1 IP) in 16 relief outings in the Pacific Coast League this season.

After today's moves, the Rangers still have a full 40-man roster.
