A few Cowboys are still not practicing to start the team's mandatory minicamp.

Not participating are wide receivers Sam Hurd, Miles Austin, Travis Wilson and Isaiah Stanback; kicker Nick Folk; linebacker Justin Rogers; tight end Rodney Hannah; defensive end Igor Olshansky; nose tackle Tim Anderson; and guard Kyle Kosier.

Also there are two new Cowboys wide receiver Willie Reid, who has spent time with the two Pennsylvania teams, the Steelers and Eagles. Welcome to Texas with a steamy two-a-day.

The team also added punter Matt Fodge.
