Patrick Crayton has a great opportunity in this minicamp to make himself the clear No. 2 receiver opposite Roy Williams.

Many of those in competition with Crayton are not participating in this camp. Crayton is also playing very well. He just made a nice grab on an intermediate route, the kind of route that best utilizes his skills. He's not a big, physical or speed receiver.

His ability is to be able to find creases in the defense and make the tough catches with reliable hands.

The catch he just made was one just like that and on Terence Newman.

Miles Austin and Sam Hurd have minor injuries and Crayton is taking advantage.
