The Dallas Cowboys announced Monday evening that special teams coach Joe DeCamillis underwent successful surgery at Parkland Hospital. The surgery was to stabilize fractured vertebra in his neck. He remained in stable condition Monday and should be released from the hospital later this week, according to a team spokesman. DeCamillis joined the Cowboys in January and was among three Cowboys staff members seriously hurt when the team's indoor practice facility collapsed Saturday afternoon. |
