Some good news for Mavs fans in the wake of the Dirk Drama this week. According to Mike Fisher of dallasbasketball.com, Josh Howard says he intends to play Saturday vs. Denver in Game three. Josh did not practice today, but said he should be good to go.

While this is very welcome for Dallas, the big question is how effective J-Ho can be. He certainly didn't have much elevation on those ankles in game two and played only six minutes.

Without a reasonably healthy Josh, this series is as good as over.
