Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips has a new job this year, he's also officially the team's defensive coordinator.

After a few minutes of rookie mini-camp, I can definitively write that he is already more involved in the defense.

Last season, Phillips mostly observed from afar during practice sessions.

Today he is working with the linebackers. He even demonstrated a swatting technique on a blocking dummy to his new players.
