The Dallas Cowboys just completed day 1 of OTA's out at Standridge Stadium in Carrollton. It was quite an eventful day that included Special Teams coach Joe DeCamillis returning to practice and Tony Romo speaking publicly to the media for the first time since the debacle at Philadelphia last year.

I caught up with Channel 8's Joe Trahan after practice about the entire scene out in Carrollton.
