Update on Cowboys' DeCamillis

The Dallas Cowboys announced Monday evening that special teams coach Joe DeCamillis underwent successful surgery at Parkland Hospital.

The surgery was to stabilize fractured vertebra in his neck. He remained in stable condition Monday and should be released from the hospital later this week, according to a team spokesman.

Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin is getting a $25,000 fine for his Game 1 foul on Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki, ESPN reports.

The NBA is also upgrading the foul to a flagrant foul, according to the report.
