The Texas Rangers want you in the stands at the ballpark on Friday nights, so they're cutting you a deal (well except for when the Boston Red Sox come to Arlington).

Also below is the schedule of events for opening day, Monday.

The Texas Rangers have already made Friday a special night at the ballpark with 12 fireworks shows. Now fans can also receive great discounts on tickets and parking on those Friday nights.

The club today announced the creation of FANtastic Fireworks Fridays. On all 12 Friday Fireworks games at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, tickets regularly priced at up to $25.00 are available for just $10.00. In addition, all cash parking will be just $5.00, a savings of $7.00, on those nights.

FANtastic Fireworks Fridays tickets can be purchased at texasrangers.com, by phone at 972.RANGERS, or at the Rangers Ballpark ticket office. The discounts are available for every Friday home game in 2009 except August 14.
