For a fourth-round draft pick who is expected to be primarily a backup quarterback in the next few years, Stephen McGee sure is causing a stir. There is this story about Texas Tech coach Mike Leach blasting the former A&M quarterback. But what's even funnier is this satire from the Bleacher Report. Here's an excerpt: "The Dallas Cowboys took Texas A&M's Stephen McGee in the fourth round of this year's NFL Draft in order to shore up the weakest part of their game last year: the coin toss." They continue: "Mel Kiper said McGee is a bold leader who takes charge during a coin toss and makes sure there is no doubt about which side he is picking. He is expected to come in and start right away, and could make a huge impact for these Cowboys' chances of deferring kickoffs." Now that's some analysis we haven't heard. I wonder how Leach feels about that. Remember that is satire. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |
