Stars Head Coach Dave Tippett got a vote of confidence from Co-General Manger Brett Hull today. "You could have Vince Lombardi behind the bench and you have that many key players out, he did the best job he could," says Hull. The Stars missed 380 man games because of injury. A good example is Captain Brenden Morrow who missed 64 games this season. "When you don't make the playoffs, there are always things. I mean, we're going to dig deep into our staff," says Tippett. "We thought we did things well and there are things we can really improve on every year. It's no different this year. Like I say when you have a year like this and you don't have the success you wanted, it makes you work a little harder." The Stars missed the playoffs for only the third time since moving to Dallas. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |
