Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle hopes forward Josh Howard will play tonight against the Houston Rockets at the AAC.

Howard has been sidelined for much of the recent part of the season with an ankle injury, but when he's played he's been quite a spark for the Mavs.

In their last game before the playoffs, Carlisle said Howard will still be a game time decision, but seems to expect him to play tonight.
