Pro Bowl not coming to Arlington

The Pro Bowl will not be coming to North Texas.

The NFL reached an agreement with the Hawaii Tourism Authority board to return to Honolulu in 2011 and '12.

The Cowboys will be hosting the Super Bowl at the new stadium in Arlington Feb. 6, 2011. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be an issue, but the NFL decided to move the Pro Bowl to Miami for the upcoming Super Bowl there and play the game the week before the Super Bowl.

That plan makes no sense to me. However, that did leave the possibility that the Pro Bowl would be played in Arlington. Of course, that's not going to happen anytime soon now.
