The Detroit Lions may be coming off of an 0-16 season, but their fans are happy about two things: the trades with the Dallas Cowboys. "Keepem coming Cowboys we need all the help we can get!!!!," wrote one Lions fan on MLive.com, a Michigan news conglomerate site. "haha...nice to be the ones handing out the hose-jobs for once," wrote another. They're happy because their team got a starting corner back (Anthony Henry) from the Cowboys for a backup quarterback (Jon Kitna) the team was going to cut. In October, the Lions unloaded wide receiver Roy Williams for first-, third- and sixth-round picks in the upcoming draft and a seventh-round pick next year in a deal with the Cowboys. Get why they're so happy now? "What secret does WCF (Lions owner William Clay Ford) have over Jerry Jones? Not sure I want to know!" wrote another fan. Maybe all this is Jerry Jones' effort to bring parity to the league. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

More proof Jerky is an idiot... Trade a productive player for one you hope rides the pine all season... smart move... Especially when you could have picked him up for peanuts in just a few weeks.
