The Dallas Cowboys Greg Ellis was drafted in '98, in part because the Cowboys were having so many problems with players off the field.

They didn't want to take the chance on Randy Moss. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones saying then "I get it, character matters."

But when the losing continued, character didn't matter anymore and to some of you it still doesn't.

It does to me. Matters to a lot of us.

I don't buy and neve...
