Voters in our unscientific poll are overwhelmingly say Jerry Jones should quit as the Dallas Cowboys general manager. Of course since he owns the team he can do whatever he'd like. But if he were to listen to you all, he probably wouldn't like what he hears. Vote: Should Jerry Jones quit as Cowboys GM? and see results. 5 CommentsLeave a comment |

He should hire a general manager but he wouldn't leave hiim alone and let him do his job,, so he should quit as owner too! Here's an idea, Jones and Cuban need to be part owners so they can auction off thier egos to Tom Hicks!!
Only 23 no votes. Aaron, what I want to know is how was Jerry able to vote 23 times?
Actually, it's limited to one vote per computer, so unless he's going around to different computers at Valley Ranch voting, he can only vote once like everybody else.
I say it every day....jerry jones should give up his puppet show. He should get out of the limelight and let someone who knows football run the team.
He doesn't even have to quit, he just needs to hire a good coach and let him actually coach. And if the coaches want a player removed he needs to let it happen. If he does just those 2 things this organization completely turns around. He's not getting credit for the excellent drafting that's taking place the last few years (even after Parcells). I hope after 2009 is another year of underachievement he will finally realize this.
