Jerry Jones continues to baffle me. Now we know the big sticking point in the contract that would have brought Dan Reeves back to the Cowboys: Jones wanted Reeves to log a specific number of hours at Valley Ranch. Does Jerry really think Reeves was looking for a cush job? Reeves, like all NFL coaches, is a man who has put in very, very long days (we're talking 12-18 hours a day during the season) in his time coaching in the league. "You don't work 23 years in this business whatsoever without some kind of work ethic," Reeves told The Dallas Morning News. I was expecting something bigger. From Reeves perspective, it sure sounds like he was more than willing to devote himself to this team in a variety of areas from the front office to the coaching. To let a man with Reeves integrity and accomplishments walk away because you are worried he won't log enough hours is really baffling. But should we really be surprised? 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

Sorry cowboys fans, but Dallas will never win another Super Bowl as long as Jerry is in control. It's not going to happen. It's like he's chasing ghost. He know that he screwed up with Jimmy, and since then he's been trying everything but the right thing; letting the people he hired run the team. As a player you can do anything you want for $100 bucks, just don't get on "YOUTUBE".
