This really sounds like a broken record. Quincy Carter has battled drug problems, including an arrest in Irving in December 2006. Some guy named Randy Galloway paid $500 to bail him out then. He may have to do it again. Carter, a 2001 draft pick of the Cowboys and former starting quarterback, was arrested in South Texas for DWI early this morning. Carter should talk with Terry Glenn. And so it goes. |
