Would Cowboys be interested in Plaxico?

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg wants Giants receiver Plaxico Burress prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law on gun charges.

Bloomberg is apparently a Jets fan, or maybe just a man with a conscience.

Burress has been charged with having a loaded gun in a New York nightclub Friday night. He accidentally shot himself in the leg and is facing gun charges now and free on a $100,000 bail.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is investigating and thinks the bodyguard started it and it was his fault.

The Giants are talking about getting rid of Burress and if they do -- you don't think -- of course you do.

If Jerry Jones gets Plaxico, Dallas will be in trouble. First its was Pacman. Next, its Plaxico, and last it will be Michael Vick. Jerry Jones needs to change is HBO show from Hard Knocks to Prison Break Dallas Cowboys edition.

If Jerry picks up Plaxico, he needs to appoint Pacman Jones as Plax's mentor. That way, they can lead each other into way too much trouble and leave the rest of the players out of the fray.

Does Jerry actually think he's doing any of these kinds of characters a favor? If yes, then I applaud his effort to attempt to save someone, but some are just not smart enough to know when they've got a good thing going on. And short of Jerry being their actual full time babysitter, I don't think they'll change no matter how many chances they are given.

yes indeed the cowboys will be interested in obtaining Plaxico. Jerry Jones will do whatever it takes to win a super bowl...even if the players are no role model for youth like pacman. Hail to the Titans for unloading pacman in the first place.
