Cowboys put Watkins on IR; activate Pacman

The Dallas Cowboys placed safety Pat Watkins on injured reserve with a neck injury. Watkins played in eight games this season with 15 tackles.

The vacant roster spot was filled by cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones - who's suspension was lifted by the league Tuesday. Jones leads the team in pass breakups with 11 and has 27 tackles this season.
