Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips says he likes what he saw from guard Montrae Holland who got his first start as a Dallas Cowboy Thursday.

"I think Montrae met the challenge," Phillips said. "I think he did a good job."

Tony Romo was not sacked and the Cowboys ran for 116 yards. Marion Barber ran for a touchdown behind Holland.
