Cowboys coach Wade Phillips updated several injuries today. Flozell Adams has an infected finger. Not a staff infection. He is on antibiotics. Leonard Davis has a sprained foot. Both linemen have been held out of practice. Phillips says they're held out a lot of the players, like veteran linebacker Zach Thomas, just to make sure every one is rested. He said he held Felix Jones out, but he should be back for the Redskins game Nov. 16 and could have practice this week. Terence Newman practiced this week. Phillips said he looked good and should start in Washington. Of course Tony Romo has been throwing is should play. |
