TCU spokesman: Patterson report not true

TCU sports information director Mark Cohen says there is "no truth" to a report that football coach Gary Patterson is the new coach at Kansas State.

The report from a Kansas State sports website cites several sources that the school has hired Patterson, a K-State alum, as their head football coach.

But Cohen says Patterson and his agent have had "no contact" with Kansas State.

Cowboys right to take time off

The Dallas Cowboys are gonna take a couple of days off and go back to work Monday.

Some critics seems to think they should keep practicing. The game doesn't work that way.

It doesn't work that way for anybody and two more days on a practice field wouldn't change much anyway.
