The season just started, but on this election day the All-Star voting is about to begin for the NHL.

Five Dallas Stars - forwards Mike Modano, Brenden Morrow, Mike Ribeiro, Brad Richards and goaltender Marty Turco - have been named to the ballot.

The Stars' ballot representation is tied for the third-most players among NHL clubs (only the Montreal Canadiens and Detroit Red Wings have more players on the ballot, with six each)...
