Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten, who broke a rib in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay, didn't talk to reporters during the open media time in the Cowboys' locker room.

But he did happen to walk by in the hall outside the locker room just as reporters were leaving.

He seemed to be walking without visible pain and was walking briskly.

He even smiled and said hello to some reporters. He didn't say anything of consequence, though.

But when the Cowboys took the practice field for the period that is open to reporters, Witten was not on the field with the team.
