Cowboys coach Wade Phillips says he doesn't have a problem with owner and general manger Jerry Jones talking with players on the sideline during games. "I like the owner," Phillips said. Jones could be seen talking to receiver Terrell Owens Sunday. "I don't think it hurts. If I thought it would hurt I team I would say something," he said. "Anytime I see him down there he is encouraging people." 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

I worked for the Dallas Cowboys back when Jimmy and Jerry were "together". Behind the scenes...there was always tension between the two of them. It was two egos at war. I think Jerry has changed some since those early days. And I also think that Wade's personallity is one that would allow an owner to come down on the field of play and start communicating with players...and not have it rustle his hairdo.
