Pre Season Games Without Starters Are Tough to Watch

It's amazing what happens when the starters don't suit up and take the field. All of a sudden, the Cowboys look like a team from the last strike year. I know that's been a while, but when guys like Quarterback Tony Romo, Wide Receiver Terrell Owens and Tight End Jasson Witten aren't part of the offense, it's not real exciting. I'm sure you've heard by now that only one of the 22-starters started tonight, that was Fullback Deon Anderson. That's mainly because his backup, Julius Crosslin, has nothing to play for since the Cowboys are expected to keep only one Fullback. Just by comparison, last year all but 6-of the projected starters did not dress for the preseason finale.
