For the first time since the then Washington Senators left for Arlington in 1971, the Texas Rangers are going to the nation's capitol. The Rangers begin a three-game series against the Washington Nationals tonight. Of course the Rangers aren't the only former Senators who still play in MLB. The now Minnesota Twins left Washington a decade before the new Senators made the move the Texas. And the current team in Washington is the former Montreal Expos. Got it? As for the Rangers, they are .500 again. The 18th time this season, they are just 2-15 in games after they reach .500. |
