Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game

If you're looking for great family fun, make sure you're at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco Saturday. Its the Heroes Celebrity Baseball game and its a great event to bring the kids to. The tailgaiting starts at 2pm, with the homerun derby at 4pm, and the game itself at 6pm.

Here's the best part: the tickets are between $5 and $15 bucs. You can't beat it. You'll get a chance to see a lot a great athletes up close and personal. Mike Modano, DeMarcus Ware, Jason Terry, Michael Irvin, Mark Cuban, Brendon Morrow just a few of the big names that will be there. The guys are really accomadating about signing autographs and shaking hands. A great chance for fans to say hi.

The other reason I'm involved is because Heroes helps expose kids in the inner city to team sports. Baseball is one of them, and I thinks its a great thing they're doing. Giving these kids who otherwise wouldn't have a chance to find out about a game I loved as a kid is good work, and I'm glad I can help get the word out.

Its absolutely my favorite charity event each year, and I hope you come out to join us!!!
