Jazmine served last year as a model during the event's fashion show. This year she ended up being a recipient after her mother lost her job.

"I cried realizing I wouldn't be able to go to prom but after I finished crying I told my mom that it was okay," she said. "I got it out of my system and dealt with it."

The program came to the rescue playing fairy godmother to Jazmine and hundreds of other girls wanting to be Cinderella for the night. They got their chance thanks to Buzz Free PROMises.
