Here's Pappadeaux general manager, James Graham all decked out in his home made Mardi Gras hat. James really got into the making of it. Pointing to the crawfish shells on the brim, "That's the remainder of my lunch that I used to decorate it!" he said. Speaking of which, on Fat Tuesday (tomorrow) Pappadeaux's will have boiled crawfish for $4.95 a pound! There will also be face painters, magicians, beads galore, and all sorts of other food and fun for customers. Go check them out and look for James at the Richardson location. I loved his enthusiasm for Mardi Gras and the excitement he had about his work!! It's worth the visit to just go meet James!
