Here's a working mom shoutout to Irma Ferrer who works at Aparicio's in Plano. Irma fills order after order of tacos, huevos rancheros, and tamales faster than you can say, "Holy Guacamole!" at this Plano hotspot known for its savory Mexican food. For the past 8 years she's been behind the counter, in the kitchen or filling in wherever is needed. She works six days a week and like many of you working moms, Irma juggles her schedule between work and raising her 2 year old son. Here's to Irma and all you other mom's out there working the hours in order to provide for your families!
