And even if you don't go to the extreme I go to or my Dallas Morning News editor, Ray does during the holidays at least put a a strand or two of lights out front. Lights are cheap and make anyone smile that drives by and sees them, especially the kids! There's nothing sadder than a dark house with no lights at all in my opinion! :) |
Have you checked out the really cool Christmas indoor and outdoor decorations at Gemmy Industries? They're the creative folks here in the metroplex that make cool Yule products for the holidays and every other season. Their items can be seen on lawns and inside homes all across the country. I'm big on decorating for the holidays and just bought one of these cool airblown displays that premiered this season. They're so holly jolly fun!!
