Travis Ishikawa bats third and the left-handed hitter walks against lefty reliever Wesley Wright. So with one on ....and two out ...... the 3rd baseman Ryan Rohlinger comes up. That also brings Astros manager Cecil Cooper to the mound ...and he'll send Wright to the showers. Coop has a quicker hook nowadays ...the Astros are playing more competitive baseball. Certainly the bullpen has been fatigued at times ...... but I still believe Coop didn't use the hook earlier enough in many games this season.
Anyway . LaTroy Hawkins comes in to retire the side ..and we'll move to the home half of the 8th. tied at 4-all.
