There's an upbeat mood during shoot around as the Rockets try to remain positive despite losing by 11 Saturday night. The guys fell behind early and were looking up to the Jazz both literally and figuratively. Utah's tough physical game is grinding.
"Desperation not right now they've only won one game."
Tracy McGrady isn't trying to slight Utah's lead as the two teams have battled before. Still by winning game one the Jazz now hold the home court advantange, but that doesn't worry forward Shane Batter.
"Every game is so different, you make adjustments you look at the films. There are a lot adjustments which we will make in game 2 and I am sure they will feel the same way."
Guard Rafer Alston is still out with a severe hamstring pull. He hopes to return Thursday in game 3, but for now he'll be watchng from the bench.
"It's tough, you dream about it all summer, especially playing against the team that beat you."
And while this game is serious stuff, T-Mac is working on his superstitions.
"Same underwear... i have a good game I wear the same underwear... just joking man."
Just one question, Fruit of the Loom or Hanes?
