With the 19th pick .......Jacksonville picked offensive tackle Jeff Otah from Pittsburgh. I know the Texans weren't that high on him ....but Jacksonville apparantly disagreed with that opinion. Then with the 20th pick ...Tampa Bay took Aquib Talib a Cornerback out of Kansas. Once again I thought he might be a guy the Texans would go after ....but they're all the way back in the 26th spot now ....so we'll see what's there when they get on the clock. Atlanta just made the 21st pick of the draft ..... after getting the pick by trading with Washington ....the Falcons picked Sam Baker an offensive tackle out of USC.
