Michigan State trails 31 to 18 with 7:32 left in the 1st half.

Now ...of course ...there's plenty of time left in this game .....but if Tom Izzo's bunch doesn't figure something out quickly this game is over.

Clearly Memphis has the better athletes ..... but Michigan State has to be tougher defensively and the Spartans have to convert when they get to the offensive end to have a chance.

Right now ...they just aren't making it happen....we'll see what happens coming out of this timeout!!
