An impressive number of true blue Memphis fans traveled to Houston this weekend to cheer on their beloved Tigers. There are splashes of blue throughout the sea of burnt orange in the stands.

They may be outnumbered, but they are loud!

The pregame atmosphere outside Reliant was one of mutual respect -- serious basketball fans looking forward to watching two great teams tangle.

I didn't hear a peep of smack talk. That surprised me -- maybe because I'm a Sooner who's used to the friendly -- and sometimes not-so-friendly -- rivalry between OU/Texas fans.
