One of the greatest competitors ever ... Magic Johnson ...was here tonight watching his beloved Spartans take on Memphis ..... but there was no magic to be found for his team in this one. Magic just walked by me two minutes ago with his entourage and he was headed out of the stadium to beat the crowd. People have been crowded around him all night long getting his autograph. And what was most interesting about that was that Tracy McGrady was sitting two rows away from him ....and he wasn't being bothered one bit. The big difference was ... Tracy had a ballcap pulled down over his face and Magic was wearing a bright green Michigan State shirt!!

Memphis up by an 84-66 count with 1:43 left.
