Loretta ... who made $3.5 million including bonus incentives in 2007 ...on a base salary of $2.5 million ....wanted $ 4.2 million dollars in 2008 ....but the Astros just wanted to pay $2.75 million ....and after hearing both sides in a hearing in Tampa yesterday .... today the arbitration panel passed down it's decision that favors the Astros. Loretta said he would have no hard feelings if he didn't win this case ...and I'm sure he won't. Loretta is a great team guy.
