Jacoby Jones fair catches it ...after a goofy looking whirley-bird punt ...that traveled only a short distance. Again Tampa Bay didn't go for it on 4th down ....probably still haunted by the 4th and 2 call in the first quarter. The Texans held on that one ....and went down for the first score of the game.
