Opportunity is knocking for Texans.

As the Texans prepare to meet the Cowboys they must ask themselves,
is this a good time to face the boys from "Big D".

One look at the Dallas, Philadelphia game tape and the Texans
have a lot to be encouraged about.

I mean, no one does a better Statue of Liberty impersonation
than Drew Bledsoe. Old "wooden legs" was sacked so much
by the Eagles he should have been carring groceries .

But nothing is more dangerous than a wounded animal ,
and make no mistake about it , the Cowboys are hurting.
Especially their pride.

As I walked from player to player in the Texans locker room on
Wednesday one thing was crystal clear,
this team was trying very hard not to be lulled into a false sense
of security .

The question is , can the Texans follow the road map
layed out by the Eagles?

Can they keep the heat on Bledsoe ? Can they torch the Dallas
secondary ? And last but never least, can they create the turnovers ?
If the Texans do all of those things it will ensure a close game not
victory. The Cowboys are not a "dead team walking".

They have some issues , but nothing getting back in front of
the home crowd won't cure.

So the Broncos offensive coach Kubiak brought from Denver has
to gallop vs the Cowboys . If the Texans could run the ball life
would get a lot easier for David Carr , and the guys on defense.

The Texans know what they need to do to win this game.
The question is , can they do it ?
